Product Condition

To initiate a return, we kindly request a receipt or proof of purchase, and the product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe that your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at care@thenaughtybody.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your proof of purchase and a picture of the product. Our team will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.

Returns for Wrongly Sent Products

Incorrectly sent products can be returned within 7 days of the receipt date, provided you provide proof of purchase and an image. If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please reach out to us at care@thenaughtybody.com  for guidance on the next steps and any assistance you may require.

Refunds

Swift Resolution After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will process your refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as a gift card in the form of store credit within 7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received the credit to your original payment method within 15 days from transaction confirmation, please don't hesitate to contact us with your order details at care@thenaughtybody.com. Be aware that the refund period may vary depending on your financial institution.

Replacements

To maintain our strict hygiene standards, we generally do not accept returns or replacements unless the product is incorrectly sent or damaged. However, if your product qualifies for a replacement, please reach out to our support team at care@thenaughtybody.com. If your replacement request is approved, our team will guide you through the necessary steps.

Order Cancellation

Once your product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. Orders placed before 12:30 pm will be shipped on the same day, while those placed after 12:30 pm will be sent out the following day. If you wish to cancel an order that's already in transit, please contact us at care@thenaughtybody.com, and we will provide guidance on your request.
